This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Friendship, which is the center of the booming East Side neighborhood in Pittsburgh! Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive, while Shadyside is a short 5-10 minute drive as well, or e-scooter ride!
When you arrive to the building, you will head up to the front porch of the building and you have your own private entrance on the right. Access the apartment using the smart lock on the front door and walk into our bright 2 bedroom apartment!
The Living Room:
The living room is a perfect place for hanging out and bonding with friends/ family. Centered in the living room is a cozy couch that pulls out into a full-sized sofa bed. There is also a 50" TCL Roku smart TV in the living room where you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions to watch TV during your stay!
The Kitchen:
To the left of the front door is a hallway to get to the full kitchen. Fully stocked for all cooking/ dining needs with all appliances (Fridge, dishwasher, stove and microwave), and a 4 seater dining table. All cooking needs are provided (cooking utensils, pots/ pans, etc) as well as all dining needs (plates, cups, bowls, coffee mugs).
Bathroom:
The bathroom is fully stocked and equipped for you with essentials provided (Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, hand towels/ bath towels, etc). Topped off with a luxurious waterfall shower head!
Bedroom 1:
Just past the living room is a large, bright and clean bedroom stocked with a king sized bed. The mattress is a Puffy Royal mattress and is SUPER comfy! There is also a desk for all business needs during your stay to the right of the bed, and a 3-drawer dresser in the bedroom with a 32" TCL Roku TV for you to unwind before bed.
Bedroom 2:
Across the hall way is a second bedroom, also stocked with a king sized Puffy Royal mattress that is super comfy! There is also a 3 drawer dresser and closet space for you in this bedroom.
Both bedrooms have usb outlets for your phone charging, white noise machines to help you get a great nights sleep, and all linens/ pillows provided!

- You will have to walk up one flight of stairs to enter the apartment from the sidewalk.
Pet fees:
- Cats are allowed for an additional $30 per cat, per stay.
- Dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per dog, per stay.
A/C/ Heating:
- There is central Heating available and is controlled by the thermostat in the living room. There is also a window AC unit in the living room, and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms.
Parking
- Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge.
- There is also an off-street parking spot available for an extra $10/ night, or $25/ week.
Guests will have full access to the private 2 bedroom apartment.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in using the electronic key lock upon arrival.

You'll be staying in a quiet neighborhood close to all the action in the city! Bloomfield is a historic part of town commonly known as "Little Italy" because it was settled by italians and has a been a center of italian-American population.
Bloomfield is such a convenient neighborhood because of how quickly you can access all parts of town.
The airport is roughly a 30 minute drive from the apartment, without traffic, and is about a $40 uber ride, without surge pricing.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, such as uber or lyft, as you will be in a centralized part of town with plenty of drivers closeby!
Biking:
- Rent bikes for as cheap as $2 per 30 minutes at any Healthy E-Ride bike station around town! Great way to explore the city!

- There are e-scooters new to Pittsburgh that you can use and find using the app!

Here is our cozy living room, which is a great spot for relaxing and bonding. The sofa pulls out into a full sized bed and there is a 50" TCL Roku smart tv you're welcome to use during your stay.
Our kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for all cooking and dining needs! Feel free to use the 4 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge during your stay with us.
Our bathroom is always sparkling clean and is located just off the kitchen. All essentials are provided (Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps and towels)!
