This 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bloomfield with quick access to anywhere you need to get in Pittsburgh! Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive. There is plenty of sleeping space with three king beds, queen sized sleeper sofa (living room) and a twin sized futon (living room) available for you during your stay.
The living room:
Enter through the front door with the smart lock and walk into a spacious living room nicely furnished for a cozy place to hang out in during your stay. There is a sofa, a futon and an arm chair to lounge in, making it a perfect place for bonding and relaxing. There is also a 50" TCL Roku Smart TV in the living room where you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions.
DINING ROOM/ KITCHEN:
Just past the living room and on the way to the kitchen is a dining room with a four seater dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs with a four burner gas stove, refrigerator & microwave. All pots/ pans, cutlery, sliverware, dishes, etc are provided for all cooking/ dining needs.
The first floor bathroom:
Next to the dining area is one of two full bathrooms in the space. This bathroom has a smaller shower and fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and other basic necessities.
Bedrooms (Three total):
Head upstairs to enjoy all three bedrooms. All bedrooms have king beds with luxurious memory foam king sized mattresses from Nectar. We guarantee you, you'll LOVE these mattresses and will get a great nights sleep! We know how important it is for you to get a great nights sleep in our space, so we do not go cheap on our mattresses. Each bedroom also has a four drawer dresser and plenty of closet space.
One bedroom comes with an arm chair to relax in as well. The second bedroom has a desk for all business needs right next to a window overlooking the backyard. This second bedroom also has a 32" TCL Roku Smart TV to unwind in before bed. The third bedroom has nice views overlooking the backyard and is tucked away at the end of the hallway. The first and second bedroom have joint access to the bathroom on the second floor, while the third bedroom does not. To enter the second floor bathroom, you need to enter through one of the first two bedrooms on the second floor.
SECOND BATHROOM:
The second full bathroom is upstairs, conveniently located between the two bedrooms on the second floor. This bathroom is fully stocked as well and also has a luxurious waterfall showerhead, just like the downstairs bathroom as well. This shower has a full bathtub as well and is very spacious.

Pet fees:
- Cats are allowed for an additional $30 per cat, per stay.
- Dogs are allowed for an additional $50 per dog, per stay.

A/C/ Heating:
- There is central Heating and Air conditioning throughout the entire house. There are also ceiling fans in each room of the house for extra comfort.
Parking
- Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge. Please note this is at the end of a street and parking can sometimes be a little difficult to find during the evenings, but you will have no issues finding parking on the street, worst case you'll need to park a block or two up the street.
Steps:
- This is a first floor apartment and just requires you to walk up 5 steps to enter the first door.
Noise:
- Please note that there is another apartment for guests next door to the building with shared walls as well as the shared backyard. It is important to keep noise levels down during building quiet hours (10pm - 8am daily) and be respectful of all neighbors. Despite this being a large space, it is not a good set up for large get togethers unless you are respectful of the building quiet hours and stay indoors.
BACKYARD:
- It is very important to note that the backyard and porch is shared with two other apartments next door, both of which are also apartments we rent on Airbnb. If you choose to spend some time on the porch, it will be very important to keep noise levels down and not disturb the neighbors. We want you to enjoy the space, but it is very important to be mindful of the neighbors when using the back yard and patio.
Guests will have full access to the townhome and can use the shared backyard as long as everyone is being respectful of the neighbors.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in using the electronic key lock upon arrival.

You'll be staying in a quiet neighborhood close to all the action in the city! Bloomfield is a historic part of town commonly known as "Little Italy" because it was settled by italians and has a been a center of italian-American population.
Bloomfield is such a convenient neighborhood because of how quickly you can access all parts of town.
The airport is roughly a 30 minute drive from the apartment, without traffic, and is about a $40 uber ride, without surge pricing.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, such as uber or lyft, as you will be in a centralized part of town with plenty of drivers closeby!
Biking:
- Rent bikes for as cheap as $2 per 30 minutes at any Healthy E-Ride bike station around town! Great way to explore the city!

- There are e-scooters new to Pittsburgh that you can use and find using the app!
Public transport:
Easy bus lines to the heart of Downtown and the Airport - 28X Airport Flyer stops nearby.
