Cozy & Bright King Bed Suite w/ Free Parking!

LOVE this place!! Jake and his team were amazing and helped me resolve an issue during the middle of the night. They were super responsive and incredibly helpful, so professional and pleasant!! This apartment has fabulous decor, is spacious and peacefully quiet. The bed and bedding were super comfortable, I slept like a rock! The AC and ceiling fans were perfect. The neighborhood felt very safe with a college community. There is a Whole Foods just a block away across a small park. My senior dog was very comfortable and was not at all stressed out even when we left her for hours. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family. Thanks, Jake!

Jake is so nice and so prompt with his responses! I asked if we could checkout at a later time and he was accommodating. We arrived at the apartment at a later time with our 2 month old, and dog. The checkin instructions were exactly as described and easy to follow. We will be staying here next time we’re in town!!

We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and overall had a good, but not excellent experience, it was a solid option for us. The apartment is well equipped with everything necessary for a longer stay (clothes hangers and a drying rack were missing, but we purchased those and left them in the apartment). Jake and his team were responsive and addressed the issues that came up during our stay, which is to be expected over such a long period. The location is fine, but for our next visit we would probably choose a different part of the city. One disappointment was that our request for a late check-out on the final day was declined, even though the apartment did not appear to be booked for the following week.

This was a very nice spot. Great communication from Jake. Very personable messages with VERY clear instructions for parking and check-in. The place was very clean, tastefully outfitted, and had everything we needed for our brief stay. The neighborhood was quiet and had many wonderful restaurants (Cafe Square, Duo’s), coffee shops (Redstart, Commonplace), groceries and other amenities in easy walking distance. There was a new and wonderful playground just a few hundred feet away with slides, climbing, and a splash pad. Our toddler loved it! We even had the pleasure of meeting the person who was there to reset the apartment as we were leaving and they were incredibly kind and friendly too. All around very positive experience and well worth the money.

Great place to stay! I would go there again. Good neighbourhood with cafes and shops in a walking distance - we spent half a day there instead of driving to the better known parts of Pittsburgh. Feels absolutely safe and parking is very convenient. Place itself is spacious, modern and clean. Can't ask for more.

Great space, cute, well kept and just what we needed! A definite plus that it had parking and was close to the hospital for my daughter's chemo treatment. This is the 2nd property of Jake's we've stayed and I was equally happy with them.

If you are looking for a great place to stay this is it especially if you have dogs. We loved the area with a great park right across the street. Parking lot was an extra bonus. Inside you will find a well decorated and spotless clean apartment. Area was quiet and lots of shops, restaurants, and a Whole Foods within minutes by foot. We will definitely stay here again!

This apartment was perfect for us. It's all modern, feels almost unused with outstanding appliances; it is bright, with the front window looking across the street at a park, and hardly a block from Whole Foods. Jake responds almost immediately to any question or request. We definitely hope this apartment might be available on our next trip to Pgh.

Jake’s place was super comfortable and clean. The bed was outstanding - great linens and super comfy. The kitchen was well appointed - even provided coffee and tea. There is a Whole Foods right in the area to grab eats. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. When we come back to see family we will for sure book again.

I stayed for 2 weeks while I was on a work assignment. Great location, cute area with restaurants within walking distance, Whole Foods a block away and very roomy space. The walls were a little thin, but not enough to bother me, and I felt completely safe in the area. I highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to relax after a busy day enjoying Pittsburgh. The neighborhood was quiet but not lifeless; I enjoyed the lively sounds of kids and adults playing at the nearby playground. Returning each evening to a clean, up-to-date apartment with spacious bathroom and comfortable bed was restful. We walked to Girasole, a nice Italian restaurant one evening. We didn't need the Target or Whole Foods, but they are nearby. As the apartment is on the second floor, caution needs to be taken on the staircase, which is outside. This is a place I would return to on a future visit.

All as described. Lots of detailed instructions for finding it, with photos. It was cozy and the blue motif was lovely. I’m being nitpicky but my only “bummer” was that we asked for early checkin and never got confirmation so drove around waiting until the checkin time when trying to avoid rush hour. It’s totally understandable they were waiting for someone to clean it. Not a deal breaker in any way, just wish would have gotten the update. It was clean, exactly as pictured and we hope to stay there again

This place looks exactly like the pictures so you won’t be disappointed whatsoever! The bed was comfortable after a long day of traveling and driving. I asked Jake if there was anything we needed to do for checkout and he ensured me that his team would take care of cleaning up and for us to just enjoy the rest of our time in the Airbnb! We will be recommending his accommodations to friends who visit Pittsburgh!

Jake's apartment was everything we needed and more for a quick visit to Pittsburgh for a family event. We decided to stay an additional night and regret not booking this place for 2 nights as it was unavailable!! We had 3 guests and slept on the sofa couch- very comfortable! Walking distance to coffee ships and grocery store. Felt very safe and easy parking. Will stay again or reach out to Jake for additional recommendations/ other listings.

This was my first Airbnb experience so I had no idea what to expect but Jake made it so easy from reserving the property to arrival and check-in. very professional spot, clean and everything just-so. felt almost like a hotel. there was a problem with the door code thingie but Jake & co were very responsive so what could have been a big stumbling block turned into a non-issue. TV had Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. all ready to go with host accounts. nice.

Everything was just lovely! Clean, bright, safe neighborhood and parking. Right around the corner from whole Foods too! Unfortunately I had to cut my visit short after one night because of an unforeseen circumstance but would love to come back. Jake's communication was top notch!

A great choice for our 9-night stay. Super clear instructions (there are two doors marked 210, so follow the photos) and prompt replies to any inquiries. Large, comfortable, pleasantly decorated and clean (with an exception below). Upper floor unit, so stairs but no overhead noise. Washer and dryer were fine. Kitchen, unused by us, also fine with the basics. Clean fridge. Nice to have a designated off-street parking spot, marked “200 #210”. Dog friendly without evidence of a previous visitor, with a good neighborhood for walks. A quiet development with some charm. The common courtyard was a pleasant spot for a beverage. Lots within an easy walk: Whole Foods, restaurants, coffee shops. Urban Tap Shadyside was a favorite. Small blemishes didn’t cost a star: a couple dirty dishes hiding in the dishwasher, the corner of the bedroom rug was a bit of a tripping hazard.

This was a great crash pad for a quick overnight trip to Pittsburgh, spacious and well decorated too. We had some cleanliness concerns with hair on the bathroom floor and crumbs underneath the kitchen table that were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction; it would not deter us from booking this home in the future. Location wise, it’s a bit away from the action in a more residential area, which is exactly what we were looking for

We rented Jake's place to move our daughter into school. We have been staying at Airbnbs for years and have found them to be hit or miss to be honest. Our stay was absolutely awesome. Jake's apartment was extremely clean and in a great location. The surrounding area was very peaceful and close to many great restaurants. We will be back and forth over the next few years and this will be our go to location. I would highly recommend Jake's place to anyone heading to Pittsburgh.

Firstly, the place is awesome. So refreshing. So clean. The pictures are more than accurate. The neighborhood and even the keypad entry was cool. Not to mention, Jake; the host, he let us check in early. He checked in on us asking if we needed anything and was so friendly. It’s one of those places that honestly should cost more.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jake’s place. Check in was super easy and convenient and his place was easy to find. Despite being in an apartment complex we were not bothered by any noise which was nice as we traveled with two little ones. Having a pack and play was very helpful. The bed was the most comfortable simply luxurious and the extra pillows was a nice touch. Everything is updated and very well maintained. There are many shops within a short distance for any need that may arise. Parking spot available across the street is a huge win! A few extra towels would’ve been nice as we had four guests but we made it work. Everything in this apartment fit our needs for our family. Would love to stay again as we frequent Pittsburgh often! It will be a huge bonus for families when the park is readily available across the street currently under construction. Thank you for the wonderful stay and being such a responsive host!

This was the perfect place for our quick trip to Pittsburgh. Jake was proactive in welcoming us to the area and providing clear instructions for checking in. The apartment was quiet, clean, and cozy. It is evident a lot of thought went into designing the space- made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better location- there were plenty of places within walking distance. Extremely easy to communicate right from the start. Beautiful place in great location right by grocery store and restaurants. Well stocked with all the essentials and amenities. The apartment was very clean and chic. Has everything you might need. I loved the anti-fog, LED-lighted bathroom mirror for getting ready. Bed is comfy. Courtyard is cute. We didn’t hear any neighbors and slept well. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. It’s a short walk or drive to some great restaurants and stores. Jake always responded quickly to messages and is so nice. Definitely a better stay than you’d get at a hotel for the same price!!

Easy to park, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The space was large and comfortable. There is a tea and coffee maker but if you want sugar or the like for your morning drinks, bring it with you.

I chose Jake’s apartment because I was going to be at the hospital for most of my stay. He was so friendly and helpful and really made my stay easy. It was nice to have a stress free rental. Will definitely stay at one of his rentals in the future!

Jake and his team are some of the most responsive I’ve experienced in almost ten years of staying at Air BnBs. We discovered a small issue when we checked in and Jake was all over it. The apartment is perfect for two people. The bed is large and comfortable. The bathroom is also large and the great room is spacious and optimal for a weekend getaway or really anything. The neighborhood is quiet, in spite of being just a block from Whole Foods and one block from a major artery with busses and traffic. There’s also a Target and Trader Joe’s 5-7 minutes away by car. We had dinner on Saturday at a restaurant around the corner, which was also walking distance. Jake, his team and this apartment were a weekend getaway home run!
