Cozy King Bed Suite ~ Free Parking & Ground Floor!

Traveling with a baby and a dog can make it hard to find a good place, but this spot was wonderful! It was a quiet neighborhood, very convenient to everything in the city, and the place was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed and in a convenient, safe area. The space itself was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after long days. What really stood out was the host. They were quick to respond to any questions I had, always professional, and provided clear and detailed information that made the whole experience seamless. Check-in was smooth, and everything in the home was exactly as described. Overall, this was one of the most stress-free and comfortable Airbnb experiences I’ve had. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was good considering that we were stopping to get few hours of sleep. The location was good and we had parking available. Given that it is the lower unit, it would be helpful to be mindful of insects in the unit.

Cute, clean and welcoming space for me to return to as I was in Pittsburgh helping my son move and furnish his apartment in a nearby neighborhood. Jake's apartment came with a convenient parking spot and was a quiet clean sanctuary after I spent every day furniture shopping and so on. Jake quickly responded to any questions I had. Very convenient location, 5 min walk to a nearby Whole Foods, easy drive to anywhere in Pittsburgh, located on a street that was clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

Me and friends were on a road trip and passing through Pittsburgh. Jake’s place offers unbeatable price, huge space, clean room and great kitchen! The laundry and dryer came in clutch also. The location has bars that are walkable nearby too. Will defs come back if we ever visit again!

Jake and the Apt were just perfect for our visit. Our son could walk easily from Shadyside to meet us. We found gread cafe, pub and a Whole Foods very close by! Jake responded right away to all communications, and the place was clean, well described and handy parking, laundry (in the unit). No negatives.

Jake's place was nice, clean, and comfortable for our 4-night stay -- just as described in the writeup and shown in the pics. It was in an ideal location for us, only a few blocks from Shadyside. The dedicated off-street parking was literally right across the street -- maybe a 25 second walk from the front door -- so very close. We used the small park across the street for nighttime walks with our dog. Jake was very responsive and check-in and check-out were super easy. This is our second time booking with Jake and it was another wonderful stay. We traveled with our two senior pups and having the apartment on the first floor was definitely a plus. We love the restaurants that are close by and having Whole Foods just walking distance away was super convenient. Jake was very responsive and check in instructions were simple and seamless. Jake was a great host. Our secondary sofa-bed gave us some issues on the first night, but Jake was responsive and immediately arranged for an air mattress the following day. He also got it delivered at our door. Jake and Chris were also very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place as its a great location and a convenient apartment on the ground floor.

We had a great stay at this modern looking apartment. Everything was as described and as shown in the photos. The reserved parking spot was amazing as we could come and go without worrying about parking, especially on busy weekends. It was also centrally located in shadyside with CMU just a 5 minute drive away.

We had the best time during our stay! Jake was very responsive and we had no issues with check in or check out. The place was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. We were able to walk to most of our meals and even when we had to drive, this location came with a designated parking spot so we never had to worry about losing it when we left. We are Pittsburgh natives but live in the suburbs currently so it was nice to be somewhere so walkable in one of my favorite areas of the city! Would definitely stay at this location or another of Jake’s properties anytime.

The apartment is pretty and super clean!! 100% would recommend. We wanted to stay in this area because we’re Mac Miller fans and it’s pretty close to Frick Market and Blue Slide Playground, it’s also 10 min to the center so perfect for everything!!

Jake made the door code the last 4 digits of my phone so there was no searching for a code! I wrote him a few times and he responded right away. The apartment was absolutely perfect for a couple! We had our own parking spot in a private lot just across the street. The Neighborhood was quiet and clean. Everything inside looked to be recently updated and no cost was spared. Omg first let me start off by saying, you will be hard pressed to find a more cost-effective, beautiful, and warm stay than Jake's place. This is my second time doing AirBnB and I thought my first experience was tough to beat, but Jake's place is on a whole other level. From the last minute booking, to the quickest response, and access...everything went seamlessly. I'm no stranger to beautiful homes, but my friend and I needed a quick escape from it all, and Jake's place was like a home away from home. Jake was super friendly, attentive, and just an all around great guy was my assessment. Jake was very understanding and he made me wanna take care of his place as he took care of my friend and I. The bed is freaking phenomenal. I wish I would've brought food to cook lol 😆 😩 If you or anyone you know wants to stay at an amazing location that's peaceful and serene and clean.. book with one of Jake's places.. this one is was by far my fave and I will def be back!! 😊

This was the perfect stay! The home is even better than the pictures and than we were expecting. We were on a long road trip across country and this was the perfect place to stay and rest; We felt right at home. The neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. We had a great stay at Jake's place. He is certainly a professional host, always responding to messages promptly and checking in on us at just the right times. The directions, with photos, on how and where to park / get in were flawless. The space was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable family stay.

The place is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and great location. My only complain is that there were no available linens/blankets/pillow for the pullout couch for my daughter to use. We also made the reservation the night before so I’m bot sure if this was the reason why the place wasn’t ready for 3 people. Other than that we really liked the place.

We stayed at Jake's for a quick weekend for the Phillies game and it was perfect! Great location which seemed like 10-15 minutes away from everything. Very walkable to Shady side. Whole Foods is walking distance and City Kitchen in Bakery Square had great food and was fun to explore. We loved our Airbnb especially the patio in front of the complex, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a great comfortable space to hang out! Easy, close parking is a huge plus when moving stuff in and out. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Jake our contact person was responsive & thoughtful with all interactions!

Very easy parking with clear instructions. Host was super nice and responsive. The apartment was pristine in cleanliness! Spare towels and linens were ready. This place as a steal for the price. Will return in the future!

We Absolutely loved Jake’s place. It has been newly remodeled, it is well equipped and squeaky clean. It is Near A grocery store and very walkable. Everything was perfect&

Overall, it was a great place to stay! There are only two things that I really have anything to say about and that's the cookware is almost non-existent and could definitely use more than two towels.

Great value and great space! Very close to a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Apartments was well furnished and clean and the host had great communication and was very flexible and kind. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was great! The check in was easy especially with the free parking across the street. Jake was a very responsive and welcoming host. The decor and furnishings were beautiful just as shown in the listing. And the entire apartment was immaculate with lots of touches to make you feel comfortable and the bed was comfy! I would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and nicely decorated rental with a fantastic location. The unit has been completely renovated with modern appliances, fixtures and marble tile and countertops. And the bed is super comfortable. We also liked the courtyard to hang out. It’s close to all the East Liberty shops but sits on a quiet side street. I’d stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

The apartment is in a great location with (free) onsite parking. It appears to be newly renovated and everything was spotless. Check-in was quick and easy. We definitely plan to stay again when we come back to the area!

The apartment was immaculate! Brand new appliances, spotless and polished everywhere! Even the rugs, coasters, and decor is themed and coordinated for a beautiful aesthetic. The granite counters and bathroom tile is exquisite. The homey touches were most appreciated, from the presentation of rolled bath towels, to origami folded toilet paper, an entire complementary bag of coffee, a water pitcher with filter, and a WIFI password featuring ‘YINZ’ and the area code of Pittsburgh. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and walkable with a blend of historical Pittsburgh mansions to marvel at, to retrofitted spaces now hosting unique places to eat, shop, and hang out. Jake was responsive, proactive in communication, and friendly. It was as enjoyable and smooth an experience as we could have expected.

We loved our stay and Jake was such a great host. The pictures are very accurate to what you get. We loved how it felt like home but also free of clutter. This place was well equipped with utensils, bathroom supplies, and more importantly it had an iron that you don’t find in many places. Our stay was very short but we would come back again and definitely recommend. This can accommodate both a couple, group of friends and even a small family. 10/10 experience. Would recommend 1000%.

We loved this place. It is pristinely clean and well equipped. We wanted for nothing. Whole Foods is 100 yards away so we were able to make breakfast and lunch and go to the amazing restaurants within walking distance. We most certainly return when we are in Pittsburgh as we often are. Thank you Jake for your responsiveness and making us feel like home.

This place was amazing! It was even better than the pictures showed with great space and perfect location. Very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. 5 stars, would definitely recommend staying here.
