December 2025 5.00This is my second time coming to Pittsburgh for my coffee shop construction on Forbes Ave. The first time, I stayed in Shadyside and had a great experience with Jake. This time I stayed on the other side of town, and the experience was just as good. The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. I always enjoy staying at Jake’s places because they’re consistently presentable and well-kept. I definitely recommend staying at his properties!

December 2025 5.00We had a great stay at Jake's home while visiting Pittsburgh. He provided suggestions for dining options, of which there are many nearby. Some are even easy to walk to. It's not too far from many things to see and do, including our favorite, Phipps Holiday Magic. Instructions, including pictures, were provided and made parking and check-in clear and easy. The beds, the views, the space, and each bedroom having a bathroom: all amazing! Everything was also very neat and clean. May have to come back when it's warmer and enjoy more time on the rooftop, which has an incredible view of downtown! Thanks for the great stay!

November 2025 5.00This was a great spot for my family with teens for our college visits in Pittsburgh. Lots of room to spread out and a comfy family room when everyone wanted to be together. Great kitchen for eating in, but walking distance to several great restaurants, bars, and bakeries.
