The entire space was immaculate- just as described in the picture. The location was great. An easy walk to West Penn and other businesses in the area. I appreciated all of the convenient features in the home and the complimentary cofee/tea. I would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

The apartment absolutely exceeded my expectations! Jake was a friendly and responsive host and his home was beautifully furnished and well-equipped. Layout was perfect for entertaining and the patio provided Birdseye view of life in the neighborhood. Plenty of great local attractions within walking distance and the personal gym and sauna was a real bonus. Lovely stay and I’ll definitely be back next year!

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was very friendly and responsive. Location is great just a 5-10 minute drive to the strip district. The sauna was a nice touch!

The location is perfect! Quiet neighborhood with two great late night snack options, easy/quick to Lyft in and out of, and walkable to some great coffee/breakfast spots. The private parking spot is a bit tight for a larger car but amazing for the peace of mind to not have to worry about street parking. The unit itself is spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated and made to feel like you're at home! One small note is that you can hear people walking upstairs, especially if they are heavy-footed. Jake and his team are some of the most responsive and caring hosts. When we reached out to Jake with an issue related to the ceiling fan, he was not only extremely understanding but quick to find a solution for us and ensure the rest of our stay was comfortable. Really appreciated the care he has for those who stay in his units, including the detailed guest book with ideas for food/things to do.

This is a great neighborhood just outside the city. We were unfamiliar with the area so took a chance, and we were pleasantly surprised. Very cool artsy vibe on Penn and Liberty and a ton of nearby restaurants. The space was perfect for our needs: very clean, no clutter or unnecessary stuff, walkable to local shops, safe, and easy to check in and out. Jake was communicative and friendly throughout the process. If we had needed anything, I am confident I could have reached him quickly and gotten a resolution. Would stay here again or at another of his properties!

Jake's apartment was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Lot's of local restaurants closely. Easy access to Pittsburgh's many attractions. We were there for a concert at PPG Paints Arena and it was about 15 minutes away. Highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Pittsburgh.

What a great stay! Private off street parking space. Cozy, modern apartment. Spacious living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Didn’t use it, but also a small workout area and infrared sauna. Great location, walkable neighborhood with plenty to do nearby. Short walk to the Allegheny Cemetery.
