Jake: Jake and his team were SUPER responsive. I arrived at about 3am and misunderstood the lock, I texted Jake and in minutes he remotely reset the lock for me. Neighborhood: When we arrived it was the middle of the night and the neighborhood seemed sketchy, but the next morning in daylight we could see it was actually an up and coming neighborhood. The Place: SUPER nice. Very modern. They thought of EVERYTHING. VERY clean and spacious. Mattress seemed new, very comfortable. Special needs: I'm fragrance sensitive. They use unscented laundry detergent, and cleaned with unscented cleaners. I also needed to do some laundry in the middle of the night, the UPSTAIRS laundry was there and worked perfectly. Would DEFINITELY book this again.

This was myself and my family's first time in Pittsburgh, and Jake's place helped make it a wonderful stay. The apartment is clean and modern, and we loved the balconies and big windows that took advantages of the views. The location is also super convenient to a ton of restaurants and cafes. Having parking right next to the apartment was also great--it was nice not having to stress about finding a spot after a long day out. Jake was super responsive to all my questions as well. Definitely recommended!

What a gorgeous place — I live in PGH and was having work done on my apartment, and was able to book this place last minute. While it’s right on Butler (a very busy street), it’s soundproofed extremely well and I could hardly hear any street noise. It’s right next to one of my favorite wine bars, walking distance to several coffee shops, a great patisserie, and tons of excellent restaurants. I can’t say enough how amazing it was to have a “staycation” here. Will absolutely be recommending this to friends and family visiting from out of town.

Awesome stay! The place is gorgeous and was so easy to find. It’s in a vibrant neighborhood but also felt safe. We easily walked to a ton of restaurants, bars and shops. So many balconies! I traveled with my kid and dog and we all felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here!

Place was great. We were initially booked under another property of Jake’s but there were maintenance issues not resolved by the time of our stay. He was very accommodating getting us an alternative property of theirs and always quick to respond. The place was super clean and modern with great amenities. We would definitely stay with Jake at one of his properties in the future if we are ever in the area!

Jake was such a pleasure to communicate with! He was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had, which were very few as he had easy to follow instructions for our stay. Overall the place is pretty good. Space wise it was clean, bathrooms were clean. I would’ve def gave this place a 5 out of 5 if only the bed sheets were clean. Both bed sheets and pillow covers on both beds just had way too much hair for my comfort on them and some stains. Pets are allowed here so that probably played a role but it was also a good amount of human hair as well. Jake did direct us to get clean sheets downstairs which helped and we decided to wash the covers and pillow cases ourselves. Some of the towels had stains too but we couldn’t do anything about that. But overall the place is nice and clean, but It was the beds that wasn’t that clean that ruined the experience just a bit for me and my wife.

What a fantastic stay! From the start of our booking, Jake was so communicative, friendly, and responsive. The check-in process was easy and convenient due to the very clear and detailed instructions that were provided. The checkout was completely stress free due to Jake's thoughtful consideration of his guests' time upon vacating the premises. The home and furnishings are gorgeous! There is so much space. The beds were extremely comfortable. The balconies outside multiple rooms and the rooftop patio are just wonderful. We'd love to come back during the summer or early fall months to enjoy them even more in warmer weather. The walkability of the area was great. My daughter and I went for a Mom/Daughter foodie trip and Lawrenceville did not disappoint! There are so many unique and wonderful restaurants within walking distance and even more within a 10-15 minute drive. We didn't have a bad meal. If you are considering this listing, don't hesitate, book it now! It won't disappoint.

We had an amazing stay here this past weekend and would absolutely come back! The condo is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and every detail feels so thoughtful and high-end. We especially loved the pillows in the primary bedroom — they were incredibly comfortable and made for such a great night’s sleep. The location in Lawrenceville is fantastic, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away, and thanks to that we enjoyed a few really great meals during our stay. The space felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived, and everything we needed was easy to find. Highly recommend this property for a stylish, comfortable getaway! Really well-done recent reno in a sweet neighborhood. The apartment was absolutely spotless, furniture (from beds to living room) was very comfortable, location was great (if a walkable neighborhood away from downtown areas is your vibe!), easy parking in the back. It was absolutely frigid when during our visit and the place stayed toasty even though it is big. Jake was a stellar communicator - immediately responsive at all times and welcoming. Because it was so cold, we were out and about less than we normally would be and look forward to another visit. We'd definitely book here again.

Great spot in the mddle of Lawrenceville, nearby shops, restaurants. Beautiful home with high ceilings, bright, very airy, super clean, well appointed. Didnt get to enjoy the baconies and rooftop much because we were there in a blizzard...

Jake and his team respond in a very timely manner.. I was an hour ahead of my expected arrival time when my code to enter didnt work and he responded within minutes and fixed the issue and a member of his team reached out to me as well to check in. The unit is very spacious and clean. - only thing worth mentioning is if you have young children you may want to pack along a baby gate as the stairs are easily accessible. Everything was great and we will book again! :)

a really nice place to stay

The condo looked like it was decorated by a designer and had every touch included that would make it a great place to stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room darkening draperies led to the fact that we overslept by an hour and a half. We enjoyed the coffee set up and the fact that there was creamer in the refrigerator. The roof top patio and the balconies were great. It was like staying in a five-star hotel but with privacy. Everything was perfect, and I can't even make any suggestions to make it any better. We had a few questions and Jake answered them immediately. We are looking forward to returning and hoping to explore the area when it's not raining.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. We chose this place because we had a concert at the Roxian in McKees Rocks and it was less than 20 minutes away! Perfect location! Lots of things to do in walkable distance. The penthouse was beautiful and comfortable. We loved and used all 3 balcony areas. The roof top was especially enjoyable at night. There are alot of stairs to get to the bedrooms and rooftop, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Communication was great! We can’t say enough things about this place. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommended!!

The unit was awesome and accommodated our adult family. Comfortable, clean and great location. Butler street is a quick drive to the city. Wine bar next store was a treat. I will definitely explore Jake's properties first for our next stay in PGH.

Beautiful modern, well-stocked apartment with an amazing roof top terrace! Great location, close to good restaurants & not too far from downtown by car, which worked out well for us when we drove to the PPG Paints Arena for a Linkin Park concert. No check-out chores was an added bonus! There are a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment and inside—we didn't mind but this may not be for everybody. Pets are not allowed in the cemetery across the street (but you should visit it, it's beautiful). We walked our dog in the small patch of grass in the parking lot outside the building, which worked out well. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely be back next time we're in PGH!

It was our first time staying in the Lawrenceville area, and it was a great experience. Walkable and quiet for the kids.

To say this place is comfortable is an understatement, it’s a new construction and still has the fresh new smell. The beds are very comfortable, way more comfortable than my own bed. The whole place is very spacious, bathrooms are large! This place couldn’t get any better! And conveniently located on Butler St. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the ground hogs play in the cemetery across the street, us southerners don’t see that every day. It was hilarious. Would 100% recommend staying here! It’s so worth the money! Great Host! The instructions for entering the property was better than any instructions I have ever had from a host!

Jake’s place was great for our family of 5. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt at home. The Ninja coffee machine made great coffee. The linens were comfy. Jake responded quickly anytime I had a question. We only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed!

The penthouse was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious! It was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located within a reasonable distance of many popular attractions in Pittsburgh. We especially loved the amenities. Having a private balcony on each level and access to the rooftop patio made our stay extra special. The bedrooms and bathrooms offered plenty of space, which we really appreciated. Jake was kind, awesome and very helpful throughout our entire visit. Don’t hesitate to book; this place is a gem!

Very spacious and well appointed. The roof deck is great for sunsets. It’s a brand new building that is across the street from the cemetery/park which is great for a morning walk. There’s also a brewery across the street and a wine bar opening next door. 5 min walk to a bunch of different restaurants as well.

We appreciated the notice about the stairs but we actually found them to be easier than anticipated. Once inside, it was squeaky clean and modern with all the amenities we needed. Topped off with panoramic views of the area from the rooftop deck.
