This 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Bloomfield with quick access to anywhere you need to get in Pittsburgh! Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital are less than .5 miles away, and downtown Pittsburgh is just a 10 minute drive. There is plenty of sleeping space with a king bed on the main floor, a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room, a full sized bed, twin sized futon and a queen sized air mattress all upstairs for added sleeping space that is all available for you during your stay.
The living room:
Enter through the common area and you will find a set of stairs to get into the apartment. You'll enter into a very large and spacious living room that is beautifully decorated to make you feel right at home. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a comfy arm chair and 50" TCL Roku Smart TV where you can log into all of your favorite subscriptions for TV.
The Kitchen:
Just off the living room is a recently remodeled kitchen that includes a 4-seater dining table. Fully stocked for all cooking needs with a four burner gas stove, refrigerator & microwave. All pots/ pans, cutlery, sliverware, dishes, etc are provided for all cooking/ dining needs.
The bathroom:
Located just off the living room and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, and other basic necessities. End your day or start your morning off with a luxurious waterfall shower head!
Bedroom 1:
Just before the living room is the first floor bedroom. This bedroom is stocked with a king sized bed and a Puffy Royal memory foam mattress. We guarantee you, you'll love this mattress and will get a great nights sleep! There is also a desk in this bedroom for any business needs, and a four drawer dresser.
Upstairs:
Head up the second stairwell to get to the bonus room for extra guests to sleep or a cozy spot to hang out! Upstairs there is a cozy full sized bed (Mattress is purchased from Nectar which is SUPER comfu as well!). There is also a futon that folds out into a twin sized bed, as well as an air mattress that you can set up for extra sleeping. In this room there is also a desk for any other business needs to complete the space, and plenty of seating making it a fun spot to hang out in if you wish!

- We are a pet friendly apartment! Our pet fees are $30 per pet per stay.
A/C/ Heating:
- There is central Heating in the apartment, as well as 3 window AC units (Each bedroom plus the living room) to ensure full comfort during your stay.
Parking
- Instructions for registering your car for street parking will be sent to you prior to check-in and is free of charge. Please note this is at the end of a street and parking can sometimes be a little difficult to find during the evenings. However, you shouldn't ever have to park more than a block away from the apartment.
Steps:
- This is a second floor apartment and requires you to walk up 3 steps to enter the first door, and then a full flight of stairs to enter the second floor of the building (First floor of this apartment). Once inside the apartment, you will only need to climb more stairs if you head up to the third floor with the extra bedroom.
Noise:
- Please note that there is another apartment for guests on the first floor of this building. Noise travels very easily, so please be sure to be extra quiet when entering to and from the apartment when you are in the small common area, and close the doors softly behind you.
Washer/ Dryer:
There is a free washer/ dryer in the basement that you are welcome to use during your stay. Please note that this is shared with the apartment downstairs on the first floor though so it will be first come first served. Dishwasher detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
The guests will have full access to the two story apartment.
I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in using the electronic key lock upon arrival.

You'll be staying in a quiet neighborhood close to all the action in the city! Bloomfield is a historic part of town commonly known as "Little Italy" because it was settled by italians and has a been a center of italian-American population.
Bloomfield is such a convenient neighborhood because of how quickly you can access all parts of town.
The airport is roughly a 30 minute drive from the apartment, without traffic, and is about a $40 uber ride, without surge pricing.
I highly recommend using ride-sharing services, such as uber or lyft, as you will be in a centralized part of town with plenty of drivers closeby!
Biking:
- Rent bikes for as cheap as $2 per 30 minutes at any Healthy E-Ride bike station around town! Great way to explore the city!
SPIN Scooters
- There are e-scooters new to Pittsburgh that you can use and find using the app!
Public transport:
Easy bus lines to the heart of Downtown and the Airport - 28X Airport Flyer stops nearby.
