A beautiful, clean, and spacious (we were 5 people) apartment in the heart of the city, very close to resturants and stores. Jake was extremely responsive and a very gracious host. Will definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was incredibly convenient and made our trip so easy to enjoy. Everything we needed was close by, and there are so many great restaurants within walking distance. It’s truly the perfect spot if you want to explore the area without needing to drive everywhere. The space was comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a five-star location. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Jake’s place for two and half weeks. The apartment is centrally located in Shadyside. The apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath, apartment. It was very convenient for the 4 of us to stay together. The move in was smooth and the apartment was well kept, the linen was clean and bathrooms were neat. We used the kitchen extensively, there was only one issue, which is that the dishwasher wasn’t working well & we had raised the issue, but it took a much longer time to fix than we had expected, but when done it was done well and didn’t require any rework. The rest of the issues + fresh supplies of things in the apartment was attended to promptly. Jake is very responsive on email. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would highly recommend the apartment for any short stay in Pittsburgh.

It was absolutely amazingly beautiful and modern. Clean and simple. I was there for one night but it was a great night! The bed was so comfortable and cozy! Jake was very considerate and kind, if I had a question or concern he would respond within minutes! Five stars all around!!!!! Thanks

My friends and I rented two units from Jake over Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was as advertised and the area is great. I'll be booking again the next time I am in Pittsburgh.

We had a great stay and hope to be back soon. We loved the location and being so close to all shadyside has to offer. The apartment was really great for kids and even had built in blackout curtains — big plus! Appreciated the communication style of Jake as well. He was very responsive.

Of all of our AirBnB experiences, this one was the BEST! Jake was an unbelievable host - super responsive (although we didn't have any issues) and welcoming. The unit was so well appointed. I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was just as described very clean and tidy with a lot of amenities. Also in a central location with a pizza shop right on the corner and many of places to catch a bite to eat.

This apartment was immaculate and had every amenity you could want. Perfect location, modern furnishings, really comfortable beds, and very spacious. Also very quiet inside the apartment, especially for an apartment building on a Friday night less than a block from so many restaurants and bars. We would stay here any time we’re in the area - wouldn’t change a thing.
